Dog Information

Dogs boarding with us stay in a climate-controlled 5×5 or 5×7 run, depending on weight and size, that both provide plenty of room to move around. We provide blankets for bedding and Science Diet food. You may bring your own food if you prefer to keep your pet on the same diet while staying with us. In addition to this, we will also administer any needed medications.*We do not recommend bringing any toys or beds with you. This avoids the possibility of them getting lost or ruined.*Dogs will go outside in our fenced-in yard twice daily for approximately 30 minutes each time for off-leash play and exercise. Dogs who are social and do well with other dogs will go out for group play with dogs the same size. Less social dogs will be given the same amount of outdoor time in individual outside runs. This allows them to interact with other dogs with the safety of a fence between them. If your dog is boarding for a minimum of 4 days (or 7 days over a holiday), your dog will be given a complimentary bath.

Cat Information

Cats boarding with us have their own condos. We provide bedding, Science Diet food, and a litter box. You are welcome to bring your own food and any needed medications with instructions! Male cats must be neutered.

Vaccine Information

For both dogs and cats boarding with us, we require vaccines to be up to date. For the safety of your pets and our staff, dogs need to be current on their rabies, distemper, and bordetella(kennel cough) vaccines and have an updated fecal(stool sample) every 6 months. Cats need to be current on their rabies and distemper vaccines.

It is best if they are current on all vaccines before coming to board. We offer a free day of boarding if your pet is vaccinated with us prior to its boarding reservation!

Other General Information

Our kennel staff is trained to monitor the eating habits of the pets staying with us. Abnormalities, such as loss of appetite, diarrhea, or vomiting, are brought to the doctor’s attention and treated according to standard veterinary protocol. There is no specific check-in time for boarding. You may drop your pet off anytime between 7 am and 5:30 pm. Check-out time is by noon the day of pick up. Afternoon, a new day of boarding begins.

We also offer day-boarding. You can drop off/pick up at any time during our office hours. The same vaccine requirements apply today boarders. Because our kennels fill up for the holidays, we do not usually have room for day boarders during those times.
