Traveling with your pet—both domestically and internationally—takes special planning and preparation. Once you’ve settled on your destination, be sure to check for any special pet requirements well in advance of your trip. Pet health certificates are required for all dogs and cats that will be traveling outside of the United States. Health certificates must be obtained from a licensed veterinarian and must be renewed every year.
