Dr. Rucker and his staff are fantastic. They take great care of our guys (dogs) and are always glad to see us.

I’ll never forget how even though they don’t see rabbits, when my rabbit was dying of old age (he lived well past his life span) and I wanted advice on keeping him comfortable, Dr. Rucker agreed to see him. When he passed away during the office visit he and the staff were so kind.

This was a few months ago now but just feeling like I can post. My dog was over 12 years old. She was hurt. I took her into Winchester for another opinion. They were friendly and helpful. They also were very upfront with what to expect. They didn’t try to talk me into a bunch of expensive tests, they actually said it wouldn’t be worth putting her through them because it would stress her out and cost a lot. Bout a week later I took her back in to have her put to sleep because she was doing worse (old age plus kidney issues plus hurt knee and no longer eating or drinking much). They were very kind and amazing. During one very hard day, they were amazing. When I get another dog, I’ll be using them as my vet.
